External Engagement Strategy

The UTS Business School has a leading reputation as an industry connected university. To build on the already strong platform, this project will work with the UTS Business School to develop a new external engagement strategy. The goal is to develop an aligned external engagement strategy that continued to drive the position of the UTS Business School as a world class and leading business school with significant and meaningful impact by further strengthening connections between industry, research, and teaching & learning.

Coates Hire
Project Direction, Leadership Conference

Working collaboratively with the leadership team on the development and execution of a large scale leadership and strategy conference for the Coates Hire Leadership team (2017).

Department of employment, Evidence, Research and Evaluation Branch
Strategy Day

Design and facilitation of the Branch strategy and planning day with full team. Development of strategy day theme, agenda, workshop materials. Preparation also includes review of key materials and interviews with a selection of team members. Following the strategy day, a detailed summary report with strategy recommendation was provided. 

Department of employment, Employment Fund Team
Planning day

Design and facilitation of Employment Fund Team planning day. This included advanced team interviews, research of external trends and impacts, development of workshop materials and agenda. Following the planning day, a full summary of the session with the forward year plan outlined. This included the full year milestones and actions by month, indicating prioritisation and sequencing. 

Get Credit Score
Content Marketing Strategy

Get Credit Score is an innovative fin-tech company providing free credit scores across Australia. The project involved customer segmentation and profiling, workshop facilitation, and the development of a content marketing roadmap, with high level project plan.

A-HA! is a HR professional services dedicated to designing HR differently to improve the human experience in organisations. In this project Heidi worked collaboratively with Co-CEO’s of the business on the three year strategy and various strategic initiatives including go-to-market model and the value propositions  (2017).

Three year business strategy

Working closely with the business leadership, the project involved an in-depth strategy diagnostic review and strategy development phase. The project involved a number of strategy workshops with the leadership and team members.

Tom Bass Sculpture Studio School
Strategy Advisor & Board Strategy Day

As a former Board member of the Tom Bass Studio School, I now work directly with the Chair and Board on the development of the organisation’s 3 year business strategy.

Large FEDERAL GOVernment Law Enforcement AGENCY
Five year transformational International Gender Strategy & ongoing strategy support

Development of the five year transformational gender strategy for a large Australian government agency. The strategy covers both internal gender priorities, gender mainstreaming and also enables the organisation to meet commitments as part Australia’s National Action Plan on the UNSCR 1325 Women, Peace and Security Agenda. This project also included implementation planning and support, communications planning for the launch of the strategy, and project management support for various projects.

Development of Program key performance indicators 

Employability Skills Training is one element of the new jobactive PaTH program, designed to prepare young people and help them into work. This project was undertaken to develop the KPIs for Employability Training Service Providers, through a consultative process.

Workplace Gender Equality Agency
Employer of choice renewal consultation and advice

The Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) citation has been available to relevant organisations in its current form since its inception in 2014. Previously the citation was known as the EOWA Employer of Choice for Women. 

In 2017, the WGEA engaged The Agenda Agency to plan and conduct three phases of WGEA and employer consultations in reviewing the WGEA EOCGE citation (workshops, interviews and online consultation). Following the consultation a series of detailed findings and recommendations were provided to the WGEA.

The Gender Strategy Toolkit was developed as part of the education program in 2013. The Gender Strategy Toolkit has been used by many organisations. This project involved a review of the Gender Strategy Toolkit and the development of recommendations for to refresh and relaunch of the new Gender Strategy Toolkit

Centre for social justice and inclusion strategy

The Agenda Agency is working with the newly established Centre for Social Justice and Inclusion to collaboratively develop the long term strategy for the Centre and program of work. The Centre will incorporate all aspects of the University’s social justice and inclusion program, including diversity and inclusion, widening participation, and the implementation of the social impact framework. 

Murdoch University
diversity and inclusion culture survey for sage athena swan

Murdoch University is participating the in the SAGE Athena Swan program, which promotes gender equity and gender diversity in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM) and is an important initiative that will drive change across industries. The Agenda Agency is conducting a large scale independent employee culture and diversity survey as input to the self-assessment process for Murdoch University’s Athena Swan project.
