“Heidi recently ran our Board strategy day as we develop our future plans and build on our previous strategy – which she was integral in establishing. Heidi helped us to look at our purpose and vision in a new and contemporary style. Heidi is organised, energetic, and workshopped the team well – helping us to look at the challenges we faced and also to recognise where we had made good progress that we could build on to meet those challenges.
